| Located on 3.35 acres at the corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Ward Avenue, this 45-story, 388-unit mixed- use condominium includes one, two and three bedroom units. An average unit is about 1,100 square feet. Amenities include a movie theater, fitness center with a yoga studio, infinity-edge pool/jacuzzi spa, BBQ stations, private cabanas and guest suites. With 70, 000 square feet of commercial tenant space, Symphony Honolulu is the new home of JN Velocity, Hawaii’s premier luxury auto dealership. Notkin Hawaii Inc., provided mechanical design services for HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler and standpipe systems. Notkin Hawaii Inc. also served as commissioning authority for this project leading the project toward a LEED Certified level of sustainability and overseeing and verifying that every system is operating to design. The Symphony Honolulu has been LEED Certified. |
