Located on the corner of Cooke street, Nohona Hale is a new 16-story high-rise mixed-use apartment building
providing 111 studio apartments. Each apartment has its own private lanai and amenities include a lounge area,
fitness room, dedicated laundry facilities, bicycle and surfboard storage area and secured entry into the building.
Notkin Hawaii Inc., provided mechanical design services for HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and standpipe
systems. Nohona Hale has been LEED GOLD Certified.
