Mid-Pacific Institute has added an elementary school for grades Pre-K through 5. This $600,000 project consisted of new construction of approximately 16,000 sf and 5,000 sf of renovation. Several existing cottages on this site were renovated and utilized by the elementary school. Notkin Hawaii provided mechanical design services for this design-assist project which included plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation. Mid-Pacific Institute Elementary School won the AIA Award of Merit, submitted by Urban Works, Inc. the Architect. |
