One Ala Moana
| This 23 story luxury tower is nestled in Ala Moana Shopping Center above Nordstrom’s parking structure. Residents have direct access to the mall and are able to walk to the beach. This building boasts an amenity deck which includes an infinity pool, keiki pool, sauna pool, library/den area, cabana and lounge areas, private dining areas, movie theatre, golf simulation/game room, putting greens, tot-lot and much more. This project was sold out the day it was offered. Completion was in fall of 2014. Project was LEED V3 Certified. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided mechanical design services for air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. The project was a joint venture of The Kobayashi Group, The MacNaughton Group, and The Howard Hughes Corporation, at Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu, Hawaii. |
