| Aulani - A Disney Resort was designed to meld Disney magic with the beauty of Hawaii. This family-friendly destination overlooks the oceanfront property of Ko Olina resort. Possessing 21 oceanfront acres, Aulani provides a wide variety of recreational activities including golf, shopping, dinning, and water sports. Opened for business in 2011, it includes 350 hotel rooms and 480 Disney vacation club timeshare villas. With the size and scope of the project, countless hours went into designing, building, and furnishing this $850 million resort. Notkin Hawaii Inc. served as commissioning authority for the project, overseeing and verifying that every system within the resort was operating to design. One of the largest projects that Notkin Hawaii reviewed, Aulani's completion was a proud achievement for our company. Notkin's commissioning authority included leading the project toward a LEED Certified level of sustainability. |
