| Located on the ocean/marina front of Waikiki, the Ilikai Marina is a high-rise residential tower that provides expansive ocean views from every condo. Notkin Hawaii Inc. performed mechanical engineering services for the replacement of the chilled water piping and insulation, including replacement of the fan coil units. We provided the design review of available replacement options of the chilled water piping system. This review included a written summary report of our findings including documentation of our observation, photos, notes and calculations. Working with the Board, we provided permit documents, routed the building permit application, and with the permit submittal, obtained competitive bids. Construction administration services were also provided with site visits during the construction phase. |
