| Completed in 2009, this 35-story luxury condominium was built at the corner of Kalakaua Avenue and Ena Road, the former location of the Wave Waikiki nightclub. Developed by Fifield Companies and designed by Architects Hawaii This 300 unit upscale condominium consists of one, two, and three bedroom residences ranging from 833 to 1,633 square feet with exquisite features throughout. Allure Waikiki includes a recreation facility, infinity-edge pool, fitness center which overlooks the pool area, and a 32,000 square foot park on the ground floor featuring Hawaiian tropical plantings, ponds, and fountains. In addition to the construction of the condominium, an additional traffic lane was added on Kalakaua Avenue. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided the mechanical design which included air conditioning systems, plumbing, ventilation, fire sprinkler and standpipe systems. |
