| Notkin Hawaii Inc. worked on the mechanical design for the three-phased, $70 million new construction and renovation of this 200,000 square-foot hospital. It is located in Yongsan Army Garrison, Seoul, South Korea. Phase 1 involved new construction and Phases 2 and 3 were renovation phases. The design included a 100 bed addition for life safety, upgrade of energy plan, air/oxygen/vacuum system, ventilation, and waste water system with acid waste water diversion. These mechanical designs are for all areas including doctor and dental offices, exam rooms, nursing and trauma rooms, therapy and whirlpool areas, patient rooms, nursery care, and ancillary facilities. |
