Santiago's ambition to become an engineer was inspired by his father who worked in
construction.  Although Santiago pursued a degree in drafting at Leeward Community
College, then immediately found work.  This allowed his skills to be honed on the job.  His
background provides an experienced, realistic perspective on a diversity of project types.
Santiago's fun-loving personality provides a fun, productive work environment.  As Project
Manager and Senior CAD Designer, he is currently working on various high-profile
projects including Ala Moana Center renovations.
