| Trump International Hotel and Tower is a 38-story luxury hotel and residential development, valued at $400 million dollars. This project includes 464 residential and hotel suites. Units range from 500 square feet to 3,000 square feet. Trump Tower, possessing a five-star rating, was a part of the Waikiki Beach Walk redevelopment. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided the mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for this project. We collaborated with local based Benjamin Woo Architects and New York based Guerin Glass Architects. The project was developed by Donald Trump, in partnership with Los Angeles based Irongate. Completion was in 2009. |
