| Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas, Phase 2, is a luxurious oceanfront timeshare accommodation, in Lahaina, Maui. This timeshare consists of three buildings, each being four, five, and six-stories high, respectively. Another 150 square feet was dedicated to a new sunset-view spa, sales office, restaurants and dining areas, and common areas. It is one of two new villas being built on this resort property. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided mechanical engineering services for plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection systems for approximately 280 units totaling 361,613 square feet. |
