Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided HVAC and plumbing designs for this $21 million, 30,677 s.f. facility. The C-17 Fuel Cell Nose Dock Hangar was built to support the beddown of the C-17 mission. Also, the space provides an aircraft hangar and nose dock areas, aircraft fuel system maintenance shop, conference room, restroom with lockers and showers, mechanical and electrical room, tool crib, and administrative offices. Although not pursued, this facility was designed to meet the SPiRit Bronze LEED® Classification. |
