Notkin Hawaii Inc.'s part of this multi-million dollar renovation included mechanical engineering services. These services included plumbing, fire protection, standpipe, ventilation and air conditioning systems for the renovations for the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel Ground Level areas. These areas include the Porte Cochere, Bus Depot, Main Lobby, Tenant Spaces, Three Meal Restaurant, Rum Fire (formerly the Esprit Lounge), Hotel Kitchen area and SVO Sales office. Notkin Hawaii Inc., was also involved with the renovation of the existing Manor Wing which included a new exterior façade, updated air conditioning delivery system, communication system and demolition of the existing guestrooms. Mechanical designs for the pool room included a heat exchanger system design to heat the new pool by using condenser water from the cooling tower and ventilation system. |
