The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Phase 1&2
| The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, L.L.C. Phase 1 and Phase 2 is located at the gateway to Waikiki Beach adjacent to Luxury Row shopping. The luxury towers have condominiums ranging from 400 to over 3,000 square feet. Amenities include an infinity pool with private cabanas, resort pools, a spa, a fitness center, owners' lounge and storage, cafe and restaurants. Some restaurants include BLT Market, Sushi Sho, and the iconic gourmet market Dean & DeLuca. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided mechanical design services for air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. Construction began in late 2013 and Phase 1 completion was in early 2016. Phase 2 was completed in 2017. |
