Having over 35 years of experience in a wide range of projects involving HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, his ability to apply proven technology to our client's needs has driven the design of our projects. His leadership on notable projects such as Trump Tower Waikiki, Hokua at 1288 Ala Moana, and Anaha at Ward Village demonstrates his drive to produce efficient and effective designs. His area of expertise include hotels, high and low rises, housing, retail, educational facilities, and government structures. Each project demands a specific skill set, which Keith encourages his team to learn and adapt to suit their clients' needs. Keith has been a principal of the firm since 1987. In addition, he is the managing principal and majority shareholder since 1994. Since becoming managing principal, Keith assumes ultimate responsibility for all Notkin Hawaii projects. Some of his personal services include quality assurance, project management, life cycle cost analysis, contractual responsibilities, and energy and due diligence studies. |
